Gauges are used to check the shape, tooling and pre-assembly result and thus contribute significantly to a consistently high quality and a strong reduction of errors.

We offer a coordinated program for our hydraulic fittings and hose fittings. This allows you to check your pre-assembly fittings for wear, to identify the threads of your screw-in fittings and hose fittings, and to assess the correct cutting ring assembly or shape retention of the swaged hose fitting!

Our delivery program:

• VOSS® Fluid test gauge for the assessment of cutting ring pre-assemblies
• VOSS® Fluid taper gauge for wear testing of pre-assembly studs
• VOSS® Fluid thread board for determining threaded studs
• VOSS® Fluid test mandrels for checking pressed hose fittings

Note:

Test gauges do not replace the additional visual inspection of a faulty assembly or an obviously damaged pre-assembly tool!
